I cannot recommend Karin and Caroline highly enough. They provided superb cat sitting services for us for almost three... years, and both of them were reliable, responsible, and very loving towards our cats. Karin is also the person you want in your corner when disaster strikes. One of our cats had a life-threatening emergency, and Karin dropped everything with no notice to rush to help us. She transported us and our very sick cat from one vet hospital to another and stayed with us for two hours to help us communicate with the doctors and staff, to ensure no miscommunication and help us get the best care for our baby. At a time when we were frantic, she stayed calm and managed the technical side of the emergency so we could focus on our cat. She and Caroline were genuinely interested in updates on her condition - it’s obvious that they really care about their furry clients. My only regret is not being able to take them with me when I moved.read more

Karin has been a life saver for my family and me as we relocated from the US to Geneva last month. She met us at the... airport to help bring our tons of luggage (we have 3 young kids) to our apartment, met our landlady before we arrived so that we could take time to rent a car, and loaded all of our luggage into the apartment. We subsequently engaged her for an "intro to life in Geneva" session in which she sat down with us and provided a wealth of helpful information and contacts for settling in here. We asked her all sorts of questions large and small, ranging from nannies to house hunting, to buying a used car, to parking and grocery shopping and beyond. I highly recommend Karin and her team! They have been part of our support system since we first arrived in Geneva. ... They have taken great care of our cat both on short notice and on longer trips over the busy holiday period. Karin and her team have been a constant support since the day we met them. From dog sitting our two crazy pups last... minute or for long stints over the holidays, to knowing the best places in town to get anything you need accomplished. She is truly a woman of many talents and I couldn't recommend her any higher!
